Bishop J. Terrell Alston
Bishop J. Terrell Alston is native of Warrenton, North Carolina. Born the second child of the late Monique Alston on July 14, 1987. He was favored by the Lord on July 17, 2010 to join in holy matrimony with Lady Tabitha S. Alston. They have two sons, Aaden Isaiah and Ryan Jace.
Bishop Alston is a 2005 North Carolina Scholar graduate of Warren County High School in Warrenton, North Carolina. After high school, he continued his education at the North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. Bishop Alston has a Bachelors of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
In February of 2002, Bishop Alston obeyed the voice of God and answered his call to the Gospel ministry. He was licensed to preach on June 9, 2002, and ordained a year later. In January of 2011, he was installed as the Senior Pastor and Establishmentarian of Perfecting Praise Ministries Inc. in Warrenton, North Carolina.
On March 2, 2019, he was consecrated as a Bishop in the Lords Church with Apostolic Succession with imposition of hands from Her Grace, Apostle Marion Davis-Patterson, D.D., Primate and Senior Bishop of Victory Christian Fellowship of Churches in Durham, North Carolina. Bishop Alston was also affirmed and enthroned as the Primate and Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Empowerment Alliance of Churches, Inc. in Warrenton, North Carolina.
Bishop Alston has a mandate to minister in the kingdom of God. As a dynamic preacher of God’s word, he has ministered across North Carolina and abroad at numerous conferences, revivals, and services.
Bishop Alston lives by the scripture 1 Corinthians 2:9, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man, The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” He realizes that God has anointed him for his kingdom assignment to minister to those that are broken, set the captives free, and save lost souls. It is his mission and desire that through his ministry you are able to sense his love for Christ and that you feel compelled to strengthen your relationship with God.
